Spring Summer 2010 Collection From Jean Paul Gaultier Known as The French Fashion’s “Enfant Terrible”

Jean Paul Gaultier, who is known as the French fashion’s “enfant terrible”, introduced a spectacular collection of looks for the Spring Summer 2010 season that includes looks with a pirate style (or buccaneer style), huge hats, and overlapped sections made of braided fabrics.

This time, Gaultier used a set of colors ranging from earth colors to a wide variety of green shades to several tropical and warm colors.

In this collection, dresses are full of nature, jungle, and ecological concern. They are adorned with several details like inlays, embroideries with multi-colored stones, and pearls.

Of course, this Spring-Summer collection also shows Gaultier’s exquisite haute couture, which is always enjoyable for the public. There are pieces made of sheer fabrics (such as tulle), silk, fine laces, muslin…

Definitely, embroideries and sheer fabrics are main features of this collection.
