The WITS A81 is an MID (mobile internet device) that is powered by a 600MHz ARM cortex A8 processor and runs the Windows CE 6.0 operating system. The touchscreen measures 7 inches and is in a WVGA format that is capable of displaying 800 x 480 pixels.
Connectivity wise it has Wi-Fi built in and for guidance and location based services a GPS receiver is also included (although the press release indicates it could be optional).
Other features included are a two-channel headphone port for stereo and hifi 3D output, key and touch operation and support for up to a 16GB capacity T-Flash card.

Overall I’d say looks wise, it looks quite a nice device. Wireless 802.11b/g/n is a nice addition allowing for fast internet browsing as well as the decent 6 to 8 hours of usage between charges. More details should follow soon about the availability and cost of the A81 MID.
