Vogue Nippon is helping bring back heavy bangs thanks to Abbey Lee Kershaw who made the retro rocker hairstyle look oh-so-chic in the editorial, Sweet Child of Mine.
After celebs like Zooey Deschanel, Kate Moss, Liv Tyler, Jlo and Jessica Alba started sporting heavy bangs, more people dared to adopt this look for their own manes, which is a big step as this hairstyle was considered on the, well, fringe, for the last decade or so.
The Vogue Nippon Sweet Child of Mineshoot was photographed by Terry Richardson, Abbey Lee Kershaw was styled by George Cortina and makeup and hair were done by Mark Carrasquillo and Jimmy Paul respectively.
