Hammacher Schlemmer has come up with the world's smallest digital camera, measuring just over one inch in all dimensions and weighing only half an ounce. The amazing 1-cubic-inch gadget has a 2 megapixel lens and can capture the images and record the video as well to a custom made memory card (2 GB microSD card). The mini camera supports memory cards up to 32 GB.
The still pictures are saved in JPEG format at 1600 x 1200 resolution while video is recorded in AVI format at 30 fps at 640 x 480 resolution. Images and video can be viewed by connecting the camera to a computer running Windows 7, XP, or Vista using the included USB 2.0 cable.
The camera uses the power from its rechargeable battery and can be used for 30 minutes continuously with one-hour charge via USB.
