This tiny modular computer from Xi3 Corporation that has just won the CES 2011 Innovations Award in the Computer Hardware Category. Measuring just 4 inches square. this little computer system is powered 64-bit x86 dual core processors and is bristling with connectivity ports for every occasion.
There are three AMD processor options available and you can fit up to 4Gb RAM and even running dual core processor the system only requires just 20w of power to operate.
The Xi3 computer architecture divides the classic motherboard into three separate boards. One board houses the main processors and RAM with two additional I/O boards to handle all connectivity and input/output requirements.
When the new Xi3 modular system starts to shipping in early 2011 the price is expected to be in the region of $849.
