If you’ve considered buying the keyboard dock for your iPad, there maybe another option for those long emails. If you already have a wireless keyboard the Book Arc for iPad allows you to use this via bluetooth rather than purchasing a stand alone dock for your iPad.
Constructed from Aluminium the BookArc has a slot lined with a silicon pad to protect your iPad, which holds the device in place. There is also a small cut out to allow access to the home button whilst in the portrait mode if required.
The BookArc is designed by TwelveSouth who also made the Arc for MacBook stand. There’s no launch date or price for the iPad stand atm but as a guide the Macbook stand retails for $50.
