Aldorin entered the semi-finals as a fast track. She also won the Miss World Beach Beauty event. It should be noted that her predecessor for this title, Anagabriela Espinoza of Mexico, had just won the Miss International 2009 crown two weeks ago (November 28, 2009).
The rest of the top seven finalists were: Canada, Colombia, France and Panama. Brazil, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Martinique, Poland, Sierra Leone and Vietnam were among the top 16.
Gibraltar is a self-governing British overseas territory located at the tip of Europe’s Iberian Peninsula facing the Mediterranean Sea and Africa. The Big Four pageants consist of Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth and Miss International.
