The track pad of netbooks have been a bone of contention for many nerds for quite some time now. Many have trouble because of the extreme proximity of the track pad with the keyboard that makes your palm hit the track pad each time you type. Perhaps, that is just why the MoGo Mouse is such a wonderous thing to hit the computer market.
It stores neatly in the PC Card slot. And it comes in a low profile holster at 5 millmeters so that the mouse can even be kept on the top of most netbooks that include Acer, Asus and Dell too. A very strong and efficient rechargeable battery powers MoGo Mouse for up to 10 hours in just a single charge. Again, a full charge takes on 30 minutes.
The MoGo costs $99 a piece and connects to the netbook via Bluetooth. It is a great way to integrate a cool mouse with one’s notebook wherever one goes. The maker Newton Peripherals is hoping to hit a breakthrough because this is a mouse concept not even touched by the likes of Logitech, Microsoft or Belkin. They also sell a smart line of Bluetooth headsers that can store and charge inside a laptop or on the back of mobiles like iPhone and BlackBerry.
