Chess buff or not, you will like what we are just about to tell you. A Moscow-based designer Yar Rassadin has developed a stylish concept chess set called Air Chess. Inspired by ring symbol, this curved display model has a hole inside every figure. It highlights the key-element of each figure, which is really the symbolical approach to design. The man indeed has lived up to his reputation of twisting things for the better, of course.
The shapes given to the chess figures is very creative. The color scheme with its transparency is unique as it further sets of the classy-ness of the Air Chess set like no other. The main ingredient of this set is semi-plastic which supports the lightness of the shape.
In other words, Rassadin’s idea makes for a good arena for an intense game of chess and when you are not doing that, it can be used a great display on your coffee table. Compliments assured!
