Color Enabled Two New e-Book Readers From Paradigm Shift Sourcing and Manufacturing - - Planned to Be Unveiled at CES 2010

Ever since Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble introduced their respective e-book readers in the market, there seems to be blind race in the field of electronic book readers. Yesterday, we took a look at the new e-book reader from ONN, called the Owen E1. Now, with the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2010, fast approaching, a little heard of firm called, Paradigm Shift Sourcing and Manufacturing has announced that it will be introducing two new e-book readers at the event and surprisingly, both new readers will be color enabled, a feature that has been lacking in the current generation e-book readers.



The first of the two e-book readers, will have a 7 inch color display screen and is will prove to be far more useful and attractive than the second reader, as this device will provide the users with the ability to run e-books that are encrypted with Digital Rights Management (DRM). Furthermore, the new e-book reader will be based on the Windows CE platform and will also be equipped with wifi. The device will cost $200 and will be available in black or white colors. This model will read Microsoft Word documents, Excel and PDF files and it has an in built MP3 player, with an internal memory of 2GB, expandable with the use of a micro SD memory card.

The second e-book reader will sport a 5 inch color display screen and will also be enabled with the capability to play MP3 audio files. The device will have an in built 1GB memory capacity and can be further expanded with an SD memory expansion card. The new e-book reader will be compatible with the most frequently used e-book formats such as TXT, DOC, PDF, HTML, FB2, PDB and EPUB. This model is will be available in the market for $150 and will come in white, pastel blue, pastel periwinkle, pastel pink, black and silver colors.
