DNA, the building blocks of all life forms, the very essence of our existence and a record book maintained by our body from the day we are born to the day we die. Who would have ever thought that, DNA could one day also be used to hang our clothing and save precious space in our closets?
However, Irina Alexandru, a graphics designer from Bucharest has taken the limits of imagination to new heights. Her latest creation, a clothes rack modeled from the very shape of a DNA. The swiveling double helixes of this highly creative project are designed to accommodate as many clothes as possible, thereby saving a lot room in the closet to put other household items in.
