SHARP HDTV WITH BLU-RAY PLAYERS

This is what every man has been waiting for; an awesome television set that can turn all their wildest dreams into reality. Dirty minds may be thinking of women, but this has to do with the blues in a completely different and much more satisfying way.

Sharp’s introduction of its HDTV series with integrated Blu-ray players had been such a hit with everyone last year. That, however, hadn’t been the best because the best is only just arriving on the market. The successor of Sharp’s DX series doesn’t just play your Blu-rays for you but the new DX2 series also features Blu-ray recording as well. The Aquos DX2 series offer 15,000:1 contrast ratio and the 1080p and 720p display TVs can burn up to 30 hours of HD video on dual layer Blu-ray discs and in compressed MPEG-4 format.

The 1080p DX2 TV sets are available in three sizes of 52”, 46” and 40” while the 720p sets are available in two sizes of 32” and 26”. The Sharp DX2 series are expected to start shipping by the 15th of September and will cost $1,740 and above. Don’t expect to buy this easily though because it’s the Japanese lineup.
