How often have you come close to hitting the gym at home and shied away from that space guzzler called treadmill? Stuck between the eyesore and body fat, one is always having to compromise on either of the two to shed flab.
But if Florida-based designer Jeff Smith has his way in the treadmill markets, having to drive down to gyms for just that machine walk could be a thing of past. Gym owners, beware. Jeff Smith’s new product could give them a run for money. His innovation – the veritable foldable, portable treadmill, is already grabbing attention.
The folding treadmill can be fixed towards the wall, or pulled down for use. Smith teaches at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. And has used sketches extensively to explain how the foldable treadmill works. His portfolio is just as extensive, with innovation in most products that he has worked on.
