After David and Sandra Dubin, residents of Hamptons, nearly lost their home to fire in 2008, Hamptons Green Alliance saw an opportunity to rebuild the house, giving it a carbon neutral status with the addition of solar and wind energy harvesting systems. As the owners wished that the house should be recreated in its original form, HGA salvaged usable material from the debris for the new home.
