Your neighbour just bought a nice fancy BMW 7 Series, and you think “my he must have gotten a raise.” Then you see that the car has armoured plating and console hidden machine gun case and then you think, “he must have gotten into narcotics smuggling.”
The new BMW 7 Series High Security looks just as pretty as the rest in BMW’s fleet, but its touting itself as the “first manufacturer to offer a car that is fully compliant with the requirements of the class VR7 ballistic protection standard.”
The BMW 7 Series High Security comes with either the 544bhp, 6.0-litre V12 engine or the 4.4-litre V8 with 407bhp. Let’s be real here, if you are splurging on a car that can resist land mines, why not shell out a bit more for the V12 engine? Just sayin’.
