Fashion editor Stevie Dance imagines a bleached-blond and indifferent Kim roaming around a seedy motel in outfits by Preen, Louis Vuitton, Dries van Noten and Christopher Kane. The editorial was shot in a Jersey roadhouse where a complimentary tin of Beefaroni awaited guests in every room—classy.
