Can you think of a table that is designed with only aluminium, glass and carbon fibre? If a designer applies mind, yes.
Most of us are so used to the wood and steel structures that we see overdone, that we however think it impossible. Aznom’s Black Widow table on the other hand, has been inspired by race cars technology and materials used to make it are such too.
What’s more? It looks aesthetic and appealing too, though it has an ultra-modern industrial feel to it. Its core structural carbon beam holds up the aluminium legs, which are derived from and made from a single piece of aluminium. Carbon fibre covers the lower halves of each leg. It looks fragile, because of the thin frame materials that hold it. But is really strong because of the nature of these materials.
The glass surface on top of the frame shows the complex design involved. The whole design reminds you of a race car for that matter. The table was constructed apparently with speed and mobility in mind. Aznom is a luxury design, manufacturing and marketing firm.
