“Pitch♪er” BY MAC FUNAMIZU-- MUSICAL FLASK

It’s almost a guess work to tell how much the pitcher is filled without opening the lid. However, designer Mac Funamizu has devised a flask, the “Pitch♪er,” which drawing inspiration from xylophone allows the users figure out if the pitcher is empty or not. For it comes built-in with a metal handle that works as a tuning bar and produces different sounds, when struck on the surface of the pitcher, to indicate if the pitcher is filled, half filled or empty. The tone of the tuning bar is the same as that of the pitcher body with no water. When the pitcher is not empty, it makes a higher tone than the handle. So keep your presumption aside and let the pitcher decide it for you.
