The main features of the Pulse are:
1. A fluorescent illuminated frame, for greater night time visibility.
2. Handlebar controlled electric turn signals, which eliminate the need for awkward hand signals.
3. Counterweighted pedals for increased efficiency—this feature is achieved through a modified toe-clip mechanism.
